Job Title: Hygiene Manager  Location: Cambridgeshire   Salary: c£55,000    Overview:  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hygiene Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business within the meat sector. Working a Monday to Friday night shift pattern, you will be responsible for leading the hygiene function, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance are maintained across the site.  You will play a key role in managing hygiene operations, supporting audit readiness and working collaboratively with departments across the business to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement.  About You:  Proven experience in a similar Hygiene Manager role within a food manufacturing environment  Strong understanding of BRC, customer requirements and wider industry standards  Experience managing and developing hygiene teams  Able to demonstrate continuous improvement and best practice within hygiene operations  As Hygiene Manager, you will have strong communication and people management skills  What will you be doing?  Manage and develop the site's hygiene team, ensuring standards are maintained across day and night cleaning operations  Ensure all hygiene records are maintained accurately and are audit ready at all times  As the Hygiene Manager, you will manage relationships with chemical suppliers and oversee hygiene-related activities across the site  Host and lead hygiene audits, customer visits and site inspections  Support HACCP activities, food safety systems and quality management processes  What can they offer you?  You'll be joining one of the UK's leading food manufacturing businesses, supplying major retail and foodservice customers.
