The strategy pipeline is their focus moving forward, focussing specifically on cost management, growth and efficiency.This would suit an Operations / Manufacturing / CI / Engineering Manager that can exemplify instances of turnaround projects within a Food Manufacturing environment. The Candidate: You will be able to exemplify business transformational projects that you have led which have resulted in significant wins within a Food Manufacturing environment. Be able to identify process optimisation, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement across the factory. Ability to evaluate technological strategies. Very strong project management skills as you’ll be overseeing complex projects from inception to completion. Analytical mindset with the ability to present figures to overheads. Ideally, you’ll have a degree in Business Management, Operations or Engineering. The Role: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to help define the strategy pipeline in line with the business expectations. Managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring you’re leading others to take initiative. Develop the current project and programme management processes. Oversee budgets and provide consultation on complex budgetary issues. Coaching teams across the factory to be able to identify and implement process improvements using up to date technologies and innovative solutions. You will be able to exemplify a track record of working in fast paced food manufacturing environments. Happy to get stuck in on the factory floor on things like factory trials. Having an up-to-date knowledge of packaging and sustainability trends, challenges and technologies. Ability to create, innovate and investigate more sustainable practices. Helpful if you have the following knowledge: WRAP, Plastic Pact, OPRL. The Role: You’ll be reporting directly into the Head of NPD working within a team of 10.   Assist in building and maintaining the innovation packaging reduction program, driving continuous improvement and sustainable policies.
